What Causes Abdominal Cramps And Disorientation?

There are times when I get really bad abdominal cramps, I go to the bathroom, and while I am going to the bathroom I get very disoriented, so bad that I have to lay down on the bathroom floor, then I get up and it is hard to see and barely make it back to bed before I fall down. After I lay there for a little while I get up and get under the covers because I am freezing. I am ok for a little while until I have to go to the bathroom again. I have BM s while going to the bathroom.

Hello,

Will you get disorientation during defecation? Since when you're suffering from this problem? What are the other symptoms? Probably you may be suffering from defecation syncope or postural hypotension or heart failure aggravated on defecation etcetera. You need to consult your neuro physician or cardiologist as early as possible.
