What Causes Abdominal Cramps And Fatigue After A Cervix Surgery?

Almost 7 weeks ago I had to have surgery on my cervix. I had to have the top part taken out and then cauterized due to severe hpv and pre cancerous cells. I had one period two weeks after the surgery. It came two days late (Im usually very regular) and it was extremely painful. I am now 5 days late on my second period after the surgery and Im worried that something isnt right. My body feels like I shouldve started already, cramps, fatigue, all the pms symptoms I normally get but no period.

hi mam don't worry.pain and irregularities of menstruation are common after surgery.the inner sutures and wound take time to heal and not anything pathological.in the next 2 to 3 periods, your condition will recover.for pain relief, tab.mefthal spas can be taken.if the symptoms persist even after the next two periods or if it worsens, you may consult a gynaecologist.hope I have reduced your apprehension.if any other queries,I'm happy to attend.thank you.take care.bye.
