What Causes Abdominal Cramps And Hot Flushes While On Kliofem?

Am I on the right hrt it's kliofem my periods hadn't stopped they were just a bit erratic but the hot flushes and night sweats horrendous so he put me on it 6 weeks ago and has stopped the flushes but given me abdo cramps am I safe to be on this form of hrt
