What Causes Abdominal Cramps And Irregular Bowel Movements?

Hello, I have been taking provider cs on and off. The problem Is when I come off of them for a few weeks or so I experience what I call the sour stomach. It s bloating gas gurgles and cramping, irregular bowel movements. My friend recently told me about withdrawal symptoms... Can your body really have withdrawals from something that simply boosts your good bacteria?

Hi,

* As per my clinical experience, the abdomen cramps with irregular bowel habits are mostly related to gut flora disturbances.

* My guidelines for particular case handling:

- Drink more liquids.
- Follow strict diet plans to avoid excess dairy fat, junk foods.
- Control blood sugar, cholesterol and body weight.
- Avoid smoking or alcohol if consuming.
- Addition of high fiber diet, probiotics in form of fresh curd.
