What Causes Abdominal Cramps And Pain During 15 Weeks Of Pregnancy?

15 weeks
im 15 weeks pregnant and i dont feel like it. i used to feel flutters now i dont, im getting sharp abdominal pain and cramps. i feel something is wrong and im scared. i really dont want to lose my little one. this is my first pregnancy im 18 and i do smoke. i really need help what should i do. also sometimes when im at work i start to feel like im going to faint and get sick then i start cramping really bad.

I understand your concerns.

Abdominal cramps during pregnancy may be because of various reasons. But if it associated with bleeding per vaginal, you need to consult your gynecologist as soon as possible.

It may be a sign of impending miscarriage. Do an ultrasound abdomen done.
