What Causes Abdominal Cramps And Vomiting After Taking Mifepristone?

As directed by Gynecologist doctor ive taken mifepristone tablet before 24 hrs and now i have started taking 2 misopostral tablets(10:30pm) and kept it below my tongue for half an hour and waited for another half an hour until i vomitted(11:30pm).Ive been having heavy cramp and theres no sign of any bleeding.Although i am 14 weeks pregnant.And my next dose of 2 misopostral tablet is due after 12hrs i.e 10:30am.So i wanted to know if the process is working and what can i do to ease my cramp.And can i sleep?(its 2:02 am)

oral tablet for abortion is not advisable. it should be done in hospital or nursing home under expert super vision.atleast now you can consult gynechologist. D & C may be requered.that is the safest and should be followed.
