What Causes Abdominal Cramps Before Periods?
Hello my name is monica, and I just wanted to know why am I having cramps after my b b period ends and 2 weeks before it starts. It feels like mild cramps or like if im pregnant but I end up getting my period. And they ae also shortening in days before it was 5 days now its only 2 or 3 very light . And I dont bleed regular. Like the first day I spot n its really light the 2nd is normal 3rd day if any its light again....but I get cramps after its gone . And now ive been having lots of random headaches and bloating and some diarreah . What could be wrong ?
