What Causes Abdominal Cramps, Diarrhea And Vomiting After Taking DayQuil And Dextromethorphan?

I started catching a cold a couple of days ago & it felt like it was here today. I took one dose of generic Dayquil (with dextromethorphan) & laid down for a nap. I woke up later, ate some nuts & within a short time got really bad cramps. I went to the bathroom, had diarrhea, then turned around vomited. (I m on Lexapro, Abilify &, Lamictal for bi-polar. What s going on?

Dayquil with dextromethopran can casue abdominal pains and bloating sensation with diarrhoea. This is self limiting and will correct soon, but do increase the intake of fluids.
