What Causes Abdominal Cramps, Dizziness And Diarrhea Despite Having Negative UPT?

Hi my period reneges from 29 to 31 days I have done a pregnancy test and it said negative. I am really tired, dizzy and light headed and have some stomach cramps but also have had diarrhea. My breast hurt a little enough not to notice u less I think about it. I just want to know is there any chance that I could be pregnant? I got my period on 17 May till 21st may we had unprotected sex on 23, 25, 28, 29, 30 & 1st , I ovulated on 31st may (I used an ovulation test) could u be pregnant still or is it just my period coming?

Hi,

It takes at least 10 days after your missed period, for urine test to detect pregnancy and in some women even more than 10 days. Since you have had intercourse around ovulation, pregnancy is possible. Kindly repeat the test 10 days after your missed period date. Symptoms such as abdominal cramps, dizziness and diarrhea may not be related to pregnancy. Hence kindly visit your physician if symptoms persist.
