General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,
Uterine contractions with pain along with bleedind suggests possibility of abortion. You should visit your gynecologist the earliest.
Routine examinatuon with cettain blood & urine tests to find infection as a cause & usg pelvis & hormonal assessment would help in confirming threatened abortion ,it's severity & cause..followed by needful management.
You should take bed rest &avoid stress till you meet your doctor.
You can start with cvp gynnae capdules to stop bleeding
Avoid massage or fomantation.
Thanks.
