What Causes Abdominal Cramps, Nausea And Vomiting?

Hi, i am a 20 year old female. About three years ago i experienced the worst pain ever in my stomach. (not my abdomen) it literally didn t go away for two weeks. (All of the fourteen days) while i was having the pain i couldn t eat anything. Anything solid i consumed IF it stayed down would hurt my stomach worse. I tried everything. Ensure, yogurt, milk, everything. Finally i managed to eat a scalding bowl of soup followed by cold milk, and within two hours it was gone. The very next week i couldn t urinate. Literally. The feeling of needing to go was there, but when i attempted it felt like someone was stabbing me in that area i literally couldn t go. After a week i went to the doctors and they determined it was a bladder infection. It cleared with antibiotics. Then last Fri, i noticed i wasn t hungry. I didn t think much about it because i do have strange eating habits. By Mon morning however my stomach was in an excruciating amount of pain. Everything i tried to eat or drink literally came back up. Again i tried everything. I could hold down yogurt only. Finally this past Fri i managed to eat garlic bread and keep it down. However i have been constipated all week. Today i managed to go a little but my stools were black and green. Two weeks ago i went in for my checkup and i had a bladder infection. Also my right Ovary was swollen and my cervix was inflamed. Further tests revealed nothing. I would just like to know, should i seek help from another doctor? Or is there really nothing wrong? (I am also mildly anemic. My levels are 11.8)

Hello
After reading of your query , may be due to these possibilities , these include:
1 Hyper acidity as this may be the reason of such pain in abdomen .Try raising the head of your bed about 4 inches with block. It might also help to avoid eating or drinking for 2-3 hours before you lie down. To control stomach acid one should not eat oily , greasy , spicy foods , also avoid pizza , burger .
Also take some antacid ( if it contains oxetaciane it will be better). But if you feel excruciating pain ( as you are having ) , take pantaprazole-D two times in day ( normal dose is one tablet in 24 hours).
2 Ovarian swelling may be due to infection or PCOD ( poly cystic ovarian disease i.e most common in this age group).
3 Urinary tract infection as you mentioned is one such cause .
However there are so many reasons of such symptoms but consult a physician and get his opinion as physical examination , clinical history , ultrasound and blood examination are important .
So consult another doctor and get his opinion.
Good luck.
