What Causes Abdominal Cramps On Intake Of Certain Foods?
2 days ago ,after eating fast food. I had stomach pains. that increased to major pain. that lasted for maybe 2 hours. but didn t feel that I needed to throw up. I thought food poisoning, but no diharia. and really have only had normal bowl movement. so after a couple hours of major pain. it finaly went away. last night I ate at a different fast food place. and again after eating, I had the stomach cramps again. but this time lasted twice as long and twice the pain. and again no nosea or diariha. what do you think it could be. also I ate after cramps went away and no problems
Abdominal cramps after intake of food can occur due to irritable bowel or duodenal ulcer, gastro-esophageal reflux related disorders. I would suggest you to avoid high spicy and oily food for a few days. Drink plenty of fluids every day. Proton pump inhibitors like Rabeprazole should be taken every day half an hour before food. Probiotics can be taken thrice a day after food to improve bowel health.
Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.
