What Causes Abdominal Cramps On The Right Side Along With Headache And Nausea After The Periods?

I just finished my normal period 4 days ago.I was on my period for 7 days.I started on a Friday and the Sunday after I started I started back on the orthoevera patch after a 2 month break.now after 4 days of stopping period I am spotting have cramps mainly in my right side,tired and nauseous also have had a headach since I stopped my period.never felt like this after a period I'm 31 yrs old.when I wasn't using the patches my husband was using condoms
