General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

The gallbladder may cause abdominal pain after food and also a peptic ulcer.

Due to the strong pain, you are experiencing, it is important to have a visit with the doctor and possibly have an abdominal ultrasound done as well. The doctor may also ask for an upper endoscopy to check for a peptic ulcer.

According to the findings of these examinations, the doctor will decide on further management.

I hope this answers your query.
I remain at your disposal for further medical assistance.

Regards,
