What Causes Abdominal Cramps, Swollen Breasts And Frequent Urination?

Hello, I am 18 years old and have started noticing some concerning things. I started having odd cramps, cold chills, swollen breasts, frequent need to urinate, and nausea. Though a few minutes ago, I noticed my cervix is lower than normal. I last had sex three weeks ago.

Hi
Thanks for posting your query on HCM
I have read and understood your concern.
I wish to know when you lastly saw your menses. The symptoms you describe may be signs of pregnancy.I will suggest you take a pregnancy test if you miss your period by the day it is due.Apart from pegnancy, other medical conditions that may give you similar symptoms may include:
-Premenstrual syndrome
-Pelvic infections/STI
-Digestive/urinary tract infections
I will suggest you just observe. If pregancy is excluded with a test and symptoms persist, you see the Doctor for examination and tests
Hope this will help. You may write back if more concerns
Best regards
