What Causes Abdominal Cramps, Urination Pain And Hematuria After Using Postinor?
I took postinor 2 after having unpritected sex within 24hours. After the second pill, I noticed I started having abdominal cramps and pain while urinating. A day after I started noticing traces of blood in my urine. Please what explanation can I get for all these?

Hi dear all are the common and temporary side effects of postinor so follow this points
1) it's happening because mainly of chemicals named prostaglandins
2)hot water shake
3) Tab Hifenac TH for pain
4) Tab PCM for fever
5) Bed rest for 2 days
6) Healthy diet with vegetables and fruits
7) iron supplements
