What Causes Abdominal Cramps With Sweating And Shortness Of Breath?
When I drink cocktails I have what I call a stomach attack and only eating a peppermint can soothe. It feels like my diaphragm pushes up on my stomach, the pain is indescribable, I start sweating and have shortness of breath. I have had this happen on and off for years. My brother has the same thing. We think we are dying but our hearts are fine. This also happens when I am under stress. Any ideas? I do have a hiatus hernia.
