I have been experiencing a squeezing pain in my upper colon, slight nausea and aching in my frontal cortex, for a few weeks I believe that it is IBS symptoms, as I have not been able to void completely. I am on a gluten-free diet for years, which has helped immensely, but I still have bouts of constipation and diarrhea.
