What Causes Abdominal Discomfort And Nausea?

Thank you! I have been experiencing a squeezing pain in my upper colon, slight nausea and aching in my frontal cortex, for a few weeks I believe that it is IBS symptoms, as I have not been able to void completely. I am on a gluten-free diet for years, which has helped immensely, but I still have bouts of constipation and diarrhea.

According to your complain you have problem of constipation and diarrhea that may because of irritable bowel syndrome.
In irritable bowel syndrom consistency and frequency of stool change. Abdominal discomfort and bloting problem occurs.

Proper physical examination and history give exact idea. Abdominal ultra sonography is helpful.
Consent a gastroenterologist for further diagnosis.
