What Causes Abdominal Discomfort And Tingling Sensation During Urination?

Last night I had this feeling in my lower stomach and when I went to pee it felt like I just had a orgasim till this morning I went use the bathroom but when I wipe it was light pink and the tingling sensation and afternoon I went to use the bathroom but no more pink it just clear but I little tingling still

Hi
You have lower urinary tract symptoms. Increase oral intake of fluids. Take Tab. Ciprofloxacin 500mg twice daily for 5 days. Take cranberry juice one glass daily. Your symptoms will be relieved soon. Thank you
