I have gone through your case and I would guess that there are two potential explanations:
- It could be that you have strained a muscle in the abdominal wall.
If this is the case, the pain is likely to be worse when you are in certain positions or when you are using the muscles of the abdominal wall (for example when standing up, straightening up after bending, etc).
-The other possibility is that you have some 'pelvic inflammation' – this is usually caused by some infection, but not necessarily a sexually transmitted one. It can be caused by the organisms that we find in almost of all of us.
This second explanation is more likely if you have had any vaginal discharge or unexpected bleeding. To know if you are pregnant you should have two positive urine pregnancy tests. If your problem persists or gets severe please see a gynecologist to confirm the diagnosis and take your treatment. Please don't forget to give your valuable feedback and five star rating, to help me assist you in a better way.
