What Causes Abdominal Distention After Removal Of The Pancreas?
yes, my brother has been in icu for removal of 75% of his pancreas. week later infection has set in, and he is fighting for his life right now. He is a healthy 62 y.o. He has had a distended stomach now getting worse for the last 2 weeks, but his doc said it was just gas, and a low priority. Right now a ct was done, and found that his gall bladder is full of fluid and is 14 cm in size. Should this had been found earlier, and should they remove gall bladder, or just drain it. Dennis
