What Causes Abdominal Distention, Appetite Loss And Cramps In The Left Calf?

I have abdominal distention, no appetite and hardly eaten for over week, extremely thirsty, left calf cramp, shooting pain in left thigh, water balloon pockets on upper back hip area, off and on edema in legs and firearms, abdominal pain off and on, a very painful dull ache in left hip bone, facial drooping, not pregnant and no chemical component to indicate heart attack.

Hello,

With so many complains you are at home, it is not good. Please visit the Emergency room as you need urgent assessment.

You need tests as Hb, TLC, DLC, ESR, ECG, chest x-ray (PA view), blood urea and serum creatinine, serum uric acid. You also need assessment for liver such as SGOT, SGPT and serum bilirubin, and ultrasound abdomen.
