What Causes Abdominal Distention While Trying To Conceive?

Hi doctor, my name is Melody, i have been trying to conceive and my doctor gave me Primolut N and later i took clomid. That month i missed my period from Febuary to April 2018 and my stocmach came out so big. In April i started bleeding i was given injections and later took a scan but there was no baby. The scan shows well defined uterine wall masses anterior 18mm x18mm, subserous mass 30mm x 30 mm and posterior mid segment mass 24mm x24mm. i dont undestand why my stomuch is still big and hard as if am pregnant and my two nipples also paining me. am also having temperature. What is happening to me and what should i do

Masses in the uterus may be due to fibroid or endometriosis. Until the examination is done it is difficult to say what it is.

It may cause bloating, pain abdomen, gastritis, and Peptic ulcer.
