What Causes Abdominal Gas, Indigestion And Lower Right Abdominal Pain?

I have been experiencing alot more gas, indigestion lately along with a strange dull acheness in my lower right side groin/intestinal area. My bowel movements have been a little looser and little bit lighter in color as well Am I experiencing IBS symptoms? I am male and 47 years old.

If long time complain of indigestion and change in consistency of stool than think about irritable bowel syndrom.

Intestinal infection may cause abdominal bloting problem and other problems. Consent a physician for further. Proper history give exact idea about disease.

Abdominal ultra sonography is helpful for diagnosis .Stool examination test is helpful for further diagnosis.
