What Causes Abdominal Gas, Soft Stool And Nasal Congestion?

Hi Doctor, I am a 70 year old male with the following symptoms. Soft stools, gas, stomach rumbling, and continued nasal congestion. Slightly elevated BUN, and slightly elevated creatinine, somewhat fatigued, with lower energy level. Otherwise normal weight, blood pressure normal controlled by medication. Also slight anemia. Other indications normal, except for some foot fungus. In the process of being evaluated, just want a second opinion. Thank you!

nasal congestion might be due to cold or winter season .

and the elevated sr creatinine and blood urea might be due to the long standing hypertension as you stated you are on medications.
