I recently had colonoscopy (2 weeks ago) results came back Diverticulosis ...my main problem at this time is gas which I seem to have no matter what I eat...I copied the foods on your list and am going to try them...I take a probiotic and have for some time...should I continue this with the foods listed in your article?

u can use cap pentaprazole od empty stomach for 10 days.avoid excessive spicy and roasted or fried food
