What Causes Abdominal Pain After Eating A Sandwich?

Last night after eating a sandwich, I suddenly felt very full. I have pain in the center of my abdomen starting where my breasts are and going down about 4 inches. It is a sharp pain if I push in a certain spot but otherwise it is a dull pain. It hurts to breathe deep or laugh as well. Is that something that sounds like I need an antacid? I don t have any here since I ve never needed them but I can go get some if you think that is the issue. Thanks!

youarehaving dyspepsia and hyper acidity. can take tablet omiprazol and unienzyme. take bland diet refrain from taking alcohol smoking and avoid taking hot tea and coffee. life style change is requered. take regular morning walk.can consult gastroenterologist for examination and advice on treatment.
