What Causes Abdominal Pain After Eating And Weight Loss?

Sir, I am feeling some sort of uncomfortableness in abdomen. This is happening only after I am eating anything and while sleeping. My weight decreased by 3 kilos in last 15 days without any dieting or physical exercise.I underwent all the tests and everything comes out normal like liver profile, kidney profile and CBC. I have read the symptoms about abdominal worms and it mostly matches with the issues I am feeling. Kindly suggest?

General Surgeon 's  Response
Hello,

It could be an acid peptic disease. As a first-line antacid like Omeprazole or Pantoprazole for can be taken. If symptoms persist better to consult a gastroenterologist and get evaluated.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
Dr Shinas Hussain, General & Family Physician
