Dear patient
abdominal pain may be due to urinary infection. Antibiotics need to treat urinary infection. Some antibiotics like cefixime and moxclav are safe during pregnancy. Other antibiotics should be avoided during pregnancy. If there is infection in early pregnancy there are increased chances abortion. So be vigilant and daily observation by your treating doctor is required. Timely ultrasound will rule out any major problems to fetus.
