What Causes Abdominal Pain After Masturbation?

I am doing masturbation since 1 year but i want go rid of that habit but when i go to bathroom my penis automatically lifts up i get so type of pain in my stomach after i release my sperms it would be relief to me. What do i do now to get rid of this habit.

The masturbation per se does not cause abdomen pain, but it is the underlying anxiety and compasion to complete the semen release at earliest after lifting of penis is responsible for abdomen muscle spasms. This is not a disease, and requires specific attention by yourself only.
- Be sure that masturbation is a natural phenomenon for everyone on the world and you are part of it only.
- Take the masturbation act in natural, smooth way rather than thinking that you are addicted to it and you want to go away from that.
- Deep breathing exercises and YOGA on regular basis will help you to calm your mind and body.
- Avoid smoking and alcohol if consuming.
- Try to manage sound regular sleep of 6-7 hours.
