Hi Doctor, Actually my name is Isha.. actually me and my husband are doing family planning from past 3 months. My period date was expected on 24th July. But Till now didnt have my period. I have pain in my abdomin usually when i remain standing for more than 15 min. But no period. Should i do pregnency test

So cause has to be searched for like. .....
1.Pregnacy by urine HCG card test that comes positive 21 days after conception if pregnancy occurred
2.Obesity
3. Stress
4.excess exercise
5.Diabetis by random blood sugar
6.Thyroid profile
7.Hormonal imbalance

According to cause further treatment given....
