Hi,
Causes of such pain include healing surgical scars in the abdomen, prolapsed ovaries into the Pouch of Douglas, infections of the pelvis, masses in the pelvis, excessive pressure during the process, urinary tract infections, polyps etc. You can have a proper clinical assessment to locate the cause of the pain. If it is non-specific, it could be due to the pressure exerted on deep penetration. Practicing relaxation techniques prior to the intercourse can help things. Hope you find this information useful. Take care.
