What Causes Abdominal Pain Along With Bloating And Constipation?

sharp stomach pain, bloated , irritable, cant seem to get a significant bowel movement,; eaten an unusually large amout of breadstuffs over the last week, so that may have something to do with it; any ideas to help move things along, ?? I m 64 fairly fit ,no current health issues, thanks, Dennis

Hello,

Your symptoms seem to be Constipation and abdominal bloating due to gastric irritation and thus leading to pain abdomen. Please take syrup Looz or lactulose at night before bedtime. This will work for bowel movement. Tab. Rabeprazole with domperidone to be taken twice daily before food. This will help reduce abdominal bloating.

You can also have Omez insta 1 sachet into half glass of water and this will reduce sharp abdominal pain and bloating swiftly. If your constipation persists, please do take syrup Cremaffin before bed time. If your symptoms persist even after using the above medications for 3-4 days, kindly consult a gastroenterology specialist for further evaluation.
