What Causes Abdominal Pain Along With Diarrhea And Vomiting?

I recently had a endoscopy because of abdominal pain fever malasia diarrhea vomiting and thrush, I had not been feeling well for about 6 months. The doctor took samples of my stomach because he thought my stomach lining because he thought it was strange that the lining of my stomach was completely white. He diagnosed me with stress and told me to change jobs.

Consult a gastroenterologist and get evaluated. As of now you can take anti motility drugs for symptomatic relief.
