What Causes Abdominal Pain Along With Fatigue And Backache?

I had went to the emergency room 2 weeks ago due to abdominal pain and there were multiple cyst on my ovaries. I have not seen a doctor yet. But today I am having cramps . Middle back pains, extremely tired ness and orange/peach spotting that is now spotting red . My period is due in 2 days. This is the second month in a roll that this has happened to me.I had unprotected sex 16 days ago .

Thanks for your query.
Noted the history and understood your concerns.
Visit to the ER for pain in abdomen 2 weeks ago showing multiple cysts of ovaries may not necessarily be due to the the same cause.
It may be due to intestinal problems, urinary tract problems as you have not provided the detailed history.
Well, you had unprotected sex 16 days ago and your periods are due within days can be due to possible pregnancy although multiple cysts on ovaries may not allow the pregnancy as you had ultrasound the same period.
The red spotting can be due to many a reasons and can be ascertained by the examination by your Gynecologist.
Possibility of tubal or extra-uterine pregnancy has to be ruled out immediately hence you will need a fresh ultrasound of the abdomen and blood tests for beta HCG.
If there is a tubal pregnancy you will need urgent laparoscopic surgery.
If all the reports are normal, the possible cause may be entero-colitis and get treated accordingly.
