What Causes Abdominal Pain Along With Fatigue And Excessive Hunger?

Hi. I have a friend who had a miscarriage about a month ago and decideed to get the rod in her arm to not get pregent for few years. Inbetween the bleeding stopping and the rod being put in her an her partner had unprotected sex a few times. A week an half later from rod being inserted. She has felt unwell went to doctors said had urine infection. Is still getting migraines adominal pain always hungry an feeling tired an run down. Feeling hot an now startin to get bleeding noses. Any idea on whats going on?

If she had the injection during the first 5 days of her menstrual cycle, she'll be immediately protected against becoming pregnant. If she had the injection on any other day of cycle, she'll need to use additional contraception, such as condoms, for 7 days.
