What Causes Abdominal Pain Along With Fatigue And Nausea?

I ve been experiencing abdominal pain, menstrual like cramps, fatigue, constipation, nausea and loss of appetite. It appears my legs, stomach and breasts have new stretch marks. My breasts are sore and tender, and I have more prominent veins on my chest and stomach. I m having a thick creamy white discharge also and my vagina looks more purple. My last menstrual started October 30 so I m a couple days late now. I went to the ER a few days ago for stomach pains and my stomach was swollen to the right of my belly button. They only found a simple cyst on my right ovary, told me they couldn t find a reason why my stomach was swollen, or what was wrong with me and my WBC was up 13,000. They ruled as a virus and if that was the case the rest of the household would be sick too, right? My symptoms have worsen since then.

Thanks for your question. I do understand your pain and discomfort. I have seen many cases with similar complaints. Please find my advice below-:
1)Your problems looks like PMS so wait for period to happen and after it see if symptoms appear before period or not.
2)If present you need minor modifications and minor medications.
