What Causes Abdominal Pain Along With Fever And Diarrhea?

21 yr old dealing with abdominal pain, sometimes feverish, constant yellow diarrhea, fatigue and experiencing weight loss. It is very hard for me to eat food and get the right nutrients because nothing is staying in my body. I immediately have to go to the bathroom after eating which makes me not even want to try eating anymore. I ve had a celiac panel done and it came back negative. I m wondering what could possibly be going on. This has gotten a lot worse since July.

As per your history,I think it me irritable bowel syndrome. You can take tab. loperamide aftre consultation. kindly do complete blood count and ultrasound abdomen to rule out other causes. You may require colonoscopy after consultation. Take care.
