What Causes Abdominal Pain Along With Fever And Nausea?

I have pain in the front of my stomach and it’s constant. I also have a fever and nausea. I’m worried that I could have food poisoning. I reheated a rice meal last night that does not have any meat in it. Last week I had a cold. Could I still have it!

That is called acute gastroenteritis in which the pre-formed toxins in the food is ingested by us which causes such symptoms along with diarrhea.
