What Causes Abdominal Pain Along With Low Grade Fever And Headaches?

for last two months I have had these symptoms....abdominal pain,low grade fevers,bad headaches,body aches,sometimes diarrhea sometimes constipated, sometimes bright green poop. I went to er and they gave me antibiotics thinking it was coliatis but they did not help

Hi,

I think if the symptoms have been going on for a couple of months, then it's time to run a few diagnostic tests:
- complete blood count
- abdominal ultrasound
- colonoscopy
- CRP
- liver/kidney function test
- fecal analysis/ examination for ova parasites/ culture and sensitivity testing
- urine analysis

Meanwhile, should take
- probiotics to stabilize intestinal flora
- increase fluids intake
- avoid foods that might aggravate the symptoms
