What Causes Abdominal Pain Along With Nausea And Blood In Urine?

My 87 year old mother-in-law is anemic, blood in urine and stool, lacks appetite, has almost constant nausea, is generally not eating, when she does she frequently throws up, weight loss has acid reflux, belches a lot, some abdominal pain, some bloating and is getting weaker.

I really appreciate your concern, if this is the history of hematuria and melena then it needs to be investigated for underlying causes some time it may not be any disease for acid reflux disease Tab Omeprazole 40 mg can be taken once in day, in such patient complete clinical examination and tests are very important hope this information helps.
