What Causes Abdominal Pain Along With Nausea And Vomiting?

I m a male with a long history of abdominal pain, nausea & vomiting. I ve had a Choley, appendectomy and numerous egd s, ercp s, colonoscopies and no answers. I ve been told to stop eating wheat products and dairy products. Still feel the same. No celiac disease, no chromed disease. I ve had H-pylori in the past. Please help me.

it is gastritis indigetion and dyspepsia. stool examination should be done. deworming with albendazol may be done. avoid fast food and hot tea coffee take fresh fruits and vegitable.donot take oily food. take tab unienzyme and omiprazol. daily morning walk. liver function test should be done. refrain from taking alcohol and tobacco product. for hpylori consult gastroenterologist, and course of ezythrocin can be taken with his advise endoscopy can be done.
