What Causes Abdominal Pain And A Lump In The Groin Area?
I went to the doctors today and now I am freaking out. I have had abdominal pain and cramping for about a week.. 4 days ago I was bleeding like my period was going to start, that only lasted for about half a day. I still haven t got my period it is not 2 almost 3 days late. I also have one lump down there that feels like a skin tag, only one lump.. The doctor did a couple swabs and said my cervix is red and I have always had a lot of extra discharge, but treated me for std on the spot.. I had a Pap test done about 5 month ago and nothing was wrong, also I have been with the same man since then.. Does it does like std or genital warts ?? Really freaking out:(:(:(. In a small town were our doctors don t really help or fix a problem.. Also two pregnancy tests done and both negative. Help me please
Thanks for letting us know your health concern. I have gone through your query and would like offer my opinion.
In the current scenario, you need to exclude any pelvic pathology through the clinical exam and a sonogram preferably in the transvaginal route.
Infection of the urinary tract also should be excluded. Menstrual aberrations occur when there is sudden weight change, stress, infection or use of certain medications.
If possible, get help from an expert as soon as possible. Further management can be planned accordingly.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Take care
