What Causes Abdominal Pain And Back Pain After Eating Or Drinking?

sir my stomach burnt ,pain and back pain occurs after eating food even drinking water.and few month b4 my mentrual period occurs heavy but after 2 months my pelvic area and the area below the belly also become pain and period occur in time with very low blood.sir may I know the problem plz.is it overy ulcer or anything...can bifilec tablet help it? sir plz help me

Hi thanks for asking question.
You have pain even with drinking water.
So here you might have severe gastroenteritis or peptic ulcer that may perforated.

First ultrasonography of abdomen done that might reveal finding of acute infection condition like pelvic inflammatory disease, mesenteric adenitis , pancreatitis or abscess or ulcer in colon.

So according to suspicion after sonography endoscopy or colonoscopy can be done for further work up. Meanwhile rest your stomach until diagnosed.

Intravenous antibiotic or pentoprazole may needed according to cause.
