What Causes Abdominal Pain And Black Stool After Taking Aloe Vera Extract?

Hello, my mother has Stage 4 Colon Cancer and she started taking Aloe Vera Juice from the plant only 1 Tablespoon. She is suffering of abdominal pain, black stool, nausea, and now has vomited. She started Aloe as part of Immunotherapy, but she has gotten only bad side effects. What can I do to ease these side effects?
