General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service.
I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

The abdominal pain, bloating with discoloration of urine and history of gallbladder surgery indicate underlying biliary spasm and jaundice.

I recommend undertaking lab tests for the liver as serum bilirubin, SGPT, SGOT with ultrasound of abdomen & pelvis to evaluate the cause and manage accordingly.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Purva Patel
