What Causes Abdominal Pain And Bloating?

I had a hida scan about a month ago with a GB ejection fraction: 2%. (aclaculous gallbladder--no stones) Ultrasound normal. Pain is at a 9 or sometimes 10. It is mostly constant with more severity with eating. saw two gastro surgeons and confused. One said I should definitely have the gallbladder remover. Been getting worse since the onset of it in October. (stomach/should pain, hard walking, bloating, painful, etc. constiipation and yes I take norco for other reasons(nine years-per Rehab Inst of Chgo--went to Mayo and Cleveland clinic and they aonly can speculate on the pain back nine years ago--right side oblique area which is totally different from what I m felling now. As each day passes, I m getting worse. I tried to exercise religiously even with the pain and I m 69 years old. My regular gastro doctor says it may only improve it a little or maybe not all. The second tells me, I m in the gray area and can leave the gallbladder in there unless worsen (which I reinforced to him it has). Even my primary and gastro suggest it should be removed. What happens if I don t have the surgery and live with this pain. My wife had galldstones blasted and glaabladder removed. She thinks it is something else which it isn t. I tell her that the Hida scan and the pain since Oct, 2016 has definitely confirmed my gallballder breaking down. Is it nonfuctional as well? If I do remove it, do I need to change diet etc. Or do I need a fourth and fifth opinion. Will I feel different without having this organ? Finally do you think I should have the surgery this coming Friday.
