What Causes Abdominal Pain And Bloating?

I m am 52 yrs old. I thought I was starting menopause. I haven t had a menstral cycle for about 8 months. I have a bad order coming from my lower private parts. Extreme bloating and ovary cramping. Yellow to light brown discharge. This has been happening for 2 weeks. Been taking extra strength Midol for the pain and bloating.
