What Causes Abdominal Pain And Bloating?

I had an endoscopy and was in the hospital last week. The ulcer I have is on the stomach pouch post roux n y gastric bypass surgery. It is very painful now with bloating and severe gas pains. When do I need to just wait for it to pass or seek medical attention?

You should not wait for it. You need medical attention. Since you have mentioned that you have pain which means that there is acid reflux which might cause pain and even more ulcers.
