What Causes Abdominal Pain And Blood In Urine After Protected Intercourse?

I AM EXPERIENCING ALOT OF ABDOMINAL PAIN AT THE MOMENT. I DONOT GETA PERIOD ANYMORE DUE TO A HYSTORECTOMY, AND I AM BLEEDING WHEN I EURINATED THIS MORNING. I TOOKTWO NAPROXEN 500MG THIS MORNING AROUND 9:45AM WITH WATER I ATE NO FOOD. ABOUT 10:35 AM I TOOK MY DALY SUPPLEMENTS ONE MULTIVITAMIN , EQUATE ONE DAILY WOMENS 50+, ONE FEMBODY NUTRITION, SLIM SELECT GT300 WITH RASPBERRY KEYTONES, AND TWO SPRING VALLEY,GARCINIA CAMBOGIA CAPSULES (STANDERIZED TO 60%HCA). IM NOT SUREIF THERE IS A REACTION OR INERACTION WITH THE MEDICATION , AND I ALSO HAD SEXUALLY INTEROURSE LAST NIGHT, WITH PROTECTION SO IM NOTSURE WHAT IS GONG ON. PLEASE HELP

Hi.. I have gone through your question and understand your concerns. If I would have been your treating physician, I would come up with following possibilities :

1) First possibility is of Renal stone either in kidney or ureter or urinary bladder and Urinary Tract Infection. If abdominal pain in both lumbar region and radiating to back or groin along with blood in urine then chances of renal stone are high. I would suggest you to get Ultrasonography of Abdomen to rule out it.

2) Second possibility is of malignancy of reproductive organ especially endometrial carcinoma or cancer of cervix. Please observe if bleeding is there after sexual intercourse or not? is there any foul smelling vaginal discharge associated with it?

I would suggest you to get done CBC with ESR,USG abdomen and consult gynecologist for further evaluation.I hope this has answered your question.Even if you have any query then feel free to contact me.
